12 October 2009: All Hail KYLIE!

How silly of Me!
I completely forgot to Blog about my Out-Of-Body Experience... Having witnessed the One, the Only, Miss Kylie Minogue... LIVE! In New York City! [she's also on Twitter! @KylieMinogue]

Yes, 12 October 2009 - Monday, will be etched into my subconscious until the day my heart no longer beats.
The glorious Hammerstein Ballroom played host to Ms Minogue for three Magical and Surreal Evenings. Sunday to Tuesday.

I went with dear friend, soul sister and fellow Kylie enthusiast, Rich St Germain.

This is a sample of My photographs from the concert!:D
12 October 2009 - Kylie Minogue plays New York City

And, if you'd like to see all of my photographs from the concert, please feel free to visit my Facebook photo album, 'KYLIE: IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!!' and 'KYLIE: IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!! [part two]'! :D

A Musical Treat - For You to Download!

I've decided that, seeing as how I don't update this as frequently as I do my Facebook or my Twitter, I should let you guys have something. :)

Over the Summer, my friend AL and I sat in his studio for a few hours and assembled a DJ's Mix Set [consisting of just-over One Hour] of the songs I'd been listening to at the Moment.

So, for all you Lovely Lovelies, here I have in my possession a mix containing some wonderful remixes from the likes of BWO, Girls Aloud, Kylie Minogue, September, Solange, Lady Gaga, The Saturdays... and more! Remixers include Freemasons, Digital Dog, Jody den Broeder, Bimbo Jones, Xenomania and others!

Share it with your friends! I hope you enjoy it!

'The @ONYP3RF3C710N Session' on MediaFire

24 February 2009

I want somebody, just anybody, to lay their hands on my soul, tonight...

My level of anxiety is driving me up the wall... I've been an emotional wreck since The Be All and End All. I keep lying to myself, every day, that I'm past it; that I've grown and moved on.

It's most certainly not the case.
Having been single and miserable, all this time, while he's moved on and with someone he loves just as much as he had for me... it's a terrible, terrible pain. It's much too much for me, and I'm not sure I'm equipped to handle this sort of situation.

Reading the Twilight-series books isn't helping my situation much, either. Each book relates to me in such a large and frightening manner that... I feel I should stop reading them. The Aspect of the Bella/Edward Romance is what pulls at my heartstrings... so In Love that it made everyone around us aware. The passion, the selflessness, the 'I'd-Die-If-You-Left-Me,' the 'I-Cannot-Exist-Without-You...'

It's not just some simple "I love my boyfriend, he's great;" It's far, far beyond that. It's that one moment that every living-breathing being lives for... finding your one, true Love; Your Soulmate... the person with whom you were intended to spend the rest of your eternity.

We'd made the Physical, Emotional and Perpetual promises, and it had been only a matter of time for them to have come to realisation. Until then...

I hope the two are happy, together.

But, I didn't write this out for His Benefit [or Unease], and certainly not for Hers... I wrote this purely cos I had something I needed to say, and no one was around to hear me. I needed to Vent, to Cry and to Acknowledge that this was they way it was to be.

I hadn't thought about him since New Years, just after that last Enemy Blowout... but, my birthday came around and I started feeling a little Alone.

...just read the title. [a line from "Desperate," by David Archuleta]

Love, American Style -- or -- Long-Distance Phone Sex Operateur

So, I was introduced [today] to what I feel is the Perfect Man for Me.
He's absolutely GORGEOUS... He's 22, like Me. He's 5'7", like Me. He has that
Shaved-Head-and-Piercings-Got-Tattoos-and-Plenty-of-Muscle thing going on for him. He's a Design Student [more like Art, and less like Interiors]. He's half Greek and half German [meow]... and he's tooooootally into Me.

> Small problem.
[He's up here, in Burlington MA, visiting his parents for the Holidays...]

> Big problem.
[He goes to school in
San Francisco CA...]

He even said so himself...
"So I'm only here for the holidays, otherwise I'd be asking what you were up to later..."

Anyhow... here's a picture. [Note: that boy is
Mine.]

Isn't he DELICIOUS?!
Pierced lip, orbital in ear, shaved head... had a mohawk at one point... oh man. What I wouldn't give...

Until next time, loves!

I know I shouldn't have kept you waiting... Let me BREAK THE ICE:

As you can plainly see, it's been quite a while since I've posted anything to this. [Almost a Year, to be exact]... and a lot of this have happened to me, this past year that I should have carefully jotted down [as I do love to write].

I will try my best at updating this thing a little more frequently, cos... you all deserve to know. :)

Love to you all!
Ony

Pictures of 30 December and 31 December

There are pictures from This past Sunday Night at Karaoke, and New Years on my MySpace now. ;)

Look for the photoalbum called '30 December, and 31 December!'

:)

Addendum to I SING THE HITS

Umm... yeah.

I did EIGHT songs, not Seven.

I performed "Sweet Transvestite," by Dr Frank N Furter [of Rocky Horror Picture Show], also. Funny I forgot about it... cos it was my best performance of ANY song. :)

The crowd went nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuts. ;)

I SING THE HITS

Fuckin' wicked, bitches!

It was another Sunday Night at Randolph Country Club, and, naturally... KARAOKE NIGHT!

You know I tore the bitch up. It was fucking great! We got there so early, too... it was wonderful. Cos, not a lot of people were there, when we showed up.

Cast List:
~ Jessica
~ Maria
~ Stef
~MIKEY
~ and Yours Perfect...

So... I broke my fucking Karaoke Record! I normally do Five Songs. [mostly Kylie, and one Mixer-Upper].
This time... I really fucking outdid myself. One of the selections was a poor choice, on my part [but I did it out of Spite.], but the rest were phenomenal!

1. "Slow," by Kylie Minogue [cos that's always my opener! It's moderately-paced, within my range, and full of sensuality]
2. "Can't Get You Out Of My Head," by Kylie Minogue [why the fuck not? Everyone knows that one, and can dance along!]
3. "Fallen," by Mya [really bad choice for me... great song, but definitely not in my range... great song, nevertheless] [[~at this point in the evening, Mikey and Maria had already left~]]
4. "Livin' La Vida Loca," by Ricky Martin [just cos Jess makes me do it, every time. She likes it when I do Ricky. LMAO]
5. "I Begin To Wonder," by Dannii Minogue [I never knew this song was in the book. I plan to do it every time, now. It's in my range.]
6. "Jump (for my love)," by Girls Aloud [I was so excited to see Girls Aloud in Orlando's Karaoke Book, that I chose it, and forgot that I don't know all of the words, yet. But, that was definitely an 'Ony' song, said Stef and Jess] [I also plan to do this one, more often.]
7. "Kids," by Kylie Minogue & Robbie Williams [I did it as a duet with Marco, cos he kinda knew the song, and wanted to... I did perform it, the week before with Brian cos he loves Robbie Williams... but, Marco had a little more fun with it, even though he didn't know the words too well... but he wants to practice more, so that we can do it more often!]

So, yeah... they fucking loved 'Slow,' 'CGYOOMH,' and numbers 4 - 7. :) It was phenomenal! They especially loved 'Jump!' That made my night... like, Oh Shit! They like a Girls Aloud track!!! I also need to practice that one a little more... cos... I fucked up the second Bridge. I totally didn't realise that the second verse is only half-as-long as the first one, and the second Bridge follows right after. But...
I still rocked it out. I fucking Jumped up and down like a raving lunatic! It was brilliant! My best performance yet!

The whole night was a success. I loved it.

Jess has pictures of me, that I want... but Stef decided that it would be a good [and socially incriminating] idea to Record me doing "Livin' La Vida Loca." I knew she was doing it, too... [the little red light gave it away]

But...

All-in-all... I had a blast. I fucking Love Maria and Stef. :)

Until Next Bloggie...
Love to you all, bitches!
